About the Role
Ensure seamless execution, settlement, and operational excellence for algorithmic and automated trading desks operating in West African capital markets.
Key Responsibilities
- Monitor live execution flows, post-trade trade matching, and clearinghouse settlements in real-time.
- Troubleshoot FIX protocol messaging and trade discrepancies with exchange venues.
- Automate operational workflows using Python scripts and reconciliation tools.
Required Qualifications & Skills
- 3+ years in trade support, financial market operations, or quantitative middle-office roles.
- Strong understanding of FX, fixed income instruments, and electronic trading venues.
- Proficiency with SQL, Python, and modern treasury management software.
