About the Role
Underwrite, acquire, and manage energy-efficient green real estate developments and sustainable infrastructure across the Nordics and Baltics.
Key Responsibilities
- Perform underwriting, cash flow projections, and feasibility studies for prime real estate acquisitions.
- Coordinate with ESG auditors, architects, and municipal authorities on sustainable building standards.
- Monitor asset-level performance, tenant leasing, and capital improvement budgets.
Required Qualifications & Skills
- 3-6 years of experience in real estate private equity, asset management, or corporate finance.
- Demonstrated knowledge of BREEAM / LEED certification frameworks and EU taxonomy.
- Fluency in English; Baltic or Nordic languages advantageous.
