About the Role
Conduct comprehensive market evaluation, financial modeling, and transaction execution for direct private equity investments across EMEA.
Key Responsibilities
- Build complex LBO, DCF, and merger financial models to evaluate target companies.
- Lead commercial, financial, and ESG due diligence streams for prospective portfolio assets.
- Prepare investment committee memoranda and strategic presentations.
Required Qualifications & Skills
- 3-5 years of investment banking, private equity, or corporate development experience.
- Exceptional financial modeling and valuation capabilities.
- CFA charterholder or progress toward CFA preferred.
