About the Role
Provide world-class client service and operational support to institutional investors, high-net-worth individuals, and family offices across North America.
Key Responsibilities
- Serve as the primary operational point of contact for key institutional client accounts.
- Coordinate onboarding, reporting, and issue resolution with investment operations and compliance teams.
- Drive process automation to enhance client engagement and turnaround speeds.
Required Qualifications & Skills
- 3+ years of client service or investor relations experience in asset management or private banking.
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, or Business Administration.
- Series 7 and 63 licenses preferred (or willingness to obtain).
